WANTED – EARTHWORKS MANAGER

 Looking for relief from the mayhem of city living? Is the daily grind of traffic, road rage and pollution elevating your stress levels? How does this sound - a tropical frontier, surrounded by pristine wilderness, crystal-clear waterways and the ability to select the fish you want to hook.  

You could be managing earthworks contracts and teams of motivated people to complete tasks for the NT Government and one of the largest mining companies in the world.

If you have an earthworks background with around ten years experience in all aspects of the game and are computer literate we would like to hear from you. You need to be able to manage people and tasks and prepare tenders while keeping the company big picture in mind. You will be supported by two earthworks supervisors as well as the infrastructure of a company with around 90 people.  

You will also be interested in helping local indigenous people enter the workforce.  

As a manager, we will provide you with a competitive salary, superannuation, housing, five weeks leave, and vehicle for work and private use in Gove, a seaside town of around 4000 people.
