We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and financial tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers, supervisors and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities including IT requirements.

  • Full Time Roll
  • 5 days on and 2 days off roster

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • NT Drivers License and own transport
