Civil
YBE has a diverse Civil Works capability, encompassing road construction and maintenance, airstrip construction and maintenance, drainage works, dam construction and maintenance and general civil works for structures or building construction.
Workshop
The YBE Workshop operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is the hub for all mechanical repairs and service. We have a fully qualified and diverse range of tradespeople including fitters, light vehicle mechanics, auto electricians and boilermakers, as well as supporting two full time apprentices.
Haulage
Haulage has been a major part of YBE (2) for over 40 years. During this period the department has evolved into the largest department for YBE. We are currently operating a crew of over 60 multi-skilled professional operators, operating 24 hours per day and 7 days a week.
